1. Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes you need an account to be able to order. It is not possible to place an order without an account. You also need to be logged in to place an order.
2. Can I place an order as a private individual?
No, we only deliver to companies with a VAT number.
3. How do I change my address and other contact detail?
You can notify us of your new contact details by filling in the contact form on the website. You can find this form by navigating to 'Contact' in the top menu.

5. Which payment methods are available?
After we shipped your order, you will receive your invoice by email.

Products in stock wil be shipped the same day (ordered before 12.00 pm, next day delivery). Customized products have a delivery time of 10 working days.
7. My account is currently being verified. How long will this take?
This can take several working days. As soon as all your details are checked we will process your order and send you a confirmation email.
